The Science Museum brings science to life, and life to science.

The Conference dinner will be held in a series of connected galleries on the ground floor of the Science Museum.

During the drinks reception Silk Dancers will ‘WOW’ you with aerial acrobatics, taking dance up into the air suspended by only two lengths of silk - dazzling, dramatic and daring.

Surrounded by host of rockets, satellites, space probes and landlers, delegates will be able to Explore Space whilst mingling with UK celebrities in modern culture and science.

Experience food from across the EMEA region in the Making the Modern World gallery while exploring displays of exceptional objects which mark new departures in technology and science – the events that have framed our world.

The Wellcome Wing will offer live music entertainment through the latter part of the evening and the opportunity to dance or if this is not your scene take a ride on the Science Museum SimEx Simulator - enjoy the immersive air, water and seat vibration effects on this state-of-the-art motion simulator. This ride will take you on exciting missions where you could be feeling the breath of a dinosaur on your neck or the impact of an explosion in space – you could almost be there!

Please note.  Reception drink and dinner drink are inclusive in your ticket.  Additional drinks will be available to purchase.
