Full Conference Registration includes:

- Conference bag containing Conference programme
- Conference Party at London's Science Museum
- Discounted hotel rates
Full conference registration does not include:-
- Accommodation
- Travel expenses to and from the Conference Centre and Science Museum
- Lunch on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th October
To qualify for the reduced Author Registration fee, the abstract and paper must be received and accepted by the conference organisers by the respective deadlines. If your paper is submitted after the deadline you will be subject to the standard conference registration fee.
To qualify for the reduced Student Registration fee, you must be a full-time student. You must provide a copy of your current student ID and a letter confirming full-time enrolment from your educational institute with your registration application.
Extra tickets are available for the Conference Party at £45 per ticket.

Complimentary conference registrations are offered as part of certain standard ESRI software maintenance programs and ArcWeb Services subscriptions. This is applicable for the International ESRI User Conference in San Diego however it does not apply for Regional ESRI User Conferences including the EMEA UC 2008.
